I am excited to invite you to a very special Woman’s Retreat I have planned here in Bali.
At the time of this post I only have two places left for this wonderful time here.
There is an incredible ceremony held though out Bali every year; Hari Nyepi. Ican’t think of a better time to gather together here in Bali, nicknamed the “Island of the Gods.” Nyepi is one of the two most important festivals in all of Bali and it marks the New Year according to the Balinese calendar. Weeks of preparation and ceremonies lead up to it. We will spend time exploring Bali as well as celebrating Nyepi.
Nyepi falls on March 9th, 2016 and the whole island spends the entire day in silence, devoted to self reflection, meditation and prayer. Can you imagine any other country doing that? Even the International Airport closes!
What a magical opportunity for us spend time exploring the beauty of Bali before and after Nyepi and then on Nyepi day itself – go inward with time to reflect. You have the entire day to yourself to journal, create affirmations, make a vision board, contemplate how you want the next chapter of your life to unfold or just relax in the stillness.
Please note this silent day may not be for everyone. No one is allowed on the roads or sidewalks and businesses are closed to guarantee peace everywhere. It is the quietest New Year celebration you will every experience! Personally, I wish every country would observe silence one day a year!

I challenge all of you to do these two list before December 31, 2015. It will be very revealing. Now, plan your life in 2016 from that list. If you are not living the life you imagined there is no better time to start then the present.
What is it that you are passionate or curious about? What are some long forgotten interests that you “haven’t had time” for recently? What makes your heart sing or your soul soar? These are the things that make you happy, that give you joy. You need these as much as air, water and food to live a healthy balanced life. What have you been putting on the back burner that you really really need? Even if it feels frivolous! That thing!
